no subject, just a mush-brain
3 of 4 grad school apps are in. The fourth is all ready to go; it waits only on acceptance of my pre-application. Go me.
Didn't pass Juvenile moves today. Close, but no cigar. One pass and two retrys; one of the retrys was awfully close. I think if I hadn't had to sit for 45 minutes between warm-up and my test, I could've passed. I tripped on the eight-step mohawk sequence and I never do that. Cold legs meant I wobbled on the double-3s. Well, Heather will try to find me another test session in January or February, at SCOB or Colonial, and I can take it again with all the other seven-year-olds. Then I can try for Intermediate in March at MIT. And maybe even Juv free, if Heather's magic extends to my jumping.
Saw All's Well that Ends Well last night. Todders plays a good rat bastard. I wish I'd been more awake; I think I would have enjoyed it more.
Toons concert last week rocked the house. Charles, you will be missed.
Dan's show was also most excellent, although I think it's further proof that I'm not meant to understand straight plays, and I should just stick to musicals.
Just one class left to go. 7.20 will eat my life for the next three days. Good thing I don't have (much) else to do between then and now.
I'm ready for Christmas, now.
