itchy & scratchy
At home in Maryland for the weekend + 2 days to visit my parents (and ostensibly my brother too, though he's in PA at his Dave Matthews Band concerts). Saw my mom's new house yesterday, wandered around town, had fondue for dinner, and passed a very enjoyable afternoon with Nancy and Lynanne today (fabric shopping, whoo!).
The problem? So. many. goddamn. BUG BITES! At last count, it was six, and I've been here two days. I think the mosquitos can sense that my skin is pristine and unbitten and so they descend on me with a vengeance.
Oh San Diego, how I long for your dry air and lack of biting bugs.
