Have been very productive, but in nothing that relates to school or work. Have started a costuming website to showcase all of my costumes in one place. As I am an HTML moron it obviously goes very slowly, but it goes. I want the webpage up before GenConSoCal and Trilogy Tuesday, because...
I ordered some of those "free" (pay for shipping and handling) business cards listing my costuming website and email address, so I can give them to people who inquire about my costumes when they see me and others wearing them. I don't know if I'm ready to start making costumes for people who aren't my close friends (the idea of charging for labor kind of scares me), but best to be prepared, no?
Also, have just spent the past few hours reorganizing all the pictures on my computer into nice, descriptive folders. Theoretically this should make building the webpage easier...and if it doesn't, well, at least it's made me happy. Organization = good (so why is my sewing area a complete mess?).
Should go to bed, so I actually go to class tomorrow. It's Friday which means a whole afternoon in the bliss that is the UCSD Costume Shop! WOOHOO!
