Yay! Your blurry picture is super cute. So what days are you going to WonderCon (if you still think you are going)? I'm trying to figure out what day and time we should coordinate wearing our outfits based on when we all plan to be there.
Oh, and what skirt length did you order? I'm stressing over if I made the right call on my length. I ordered 15".
Oh good! Well, if you are still feeling up to wearing your cheerleader costume to the con we could plan for Saturday or Sunday. At first I was wanting to wear it Friday, but now I'm almost thinking we could just wear them at the Rebel Legion photo shoot (which will probably be around noon). And if someone says we can't because they are not RL approved costumes I will tell them to just get over it. If I say you can wear them then you can! LOL! (Costuming = Fun!)
I think it would be great fun to wear them at the RL photoshoot! Certainly easier than getting into my actual SW costumes. And anyone who says they aren't RL-approved can STUFF IT. Because it's people like that who totally ruin the fun for the rest of us! :P
Yeah - if someone gives me a hard time as CO of Endor Base because I said a RL cheerleader uniform is OK at the photoshoot then I'll tell them you told me to tell them to stuff it. LOL! (Just kidding).
They are doing guys, although the outfits are somewhat more expensive (around $200). I think you might need to be a Rebel Legion member in order to get one? Not sure.
Nope, you don't have to be a Rebel Legion member. Anyone can sign up for regular forum membership. Then you go to the Cheerleader board and ask to be let into that particular group so you have access to that section of the forum.
But when it comes time to order the uniform you can't log into the for sale thread, so you'd just contact "Blue Beth" directly and pay her through paypal.
LOL! I will probably actually wear athletic shoes, if I can find some orange and white ones for cheap. But I had the boots on hand so I put them on. ;-)
Oh, I like them with the boots! So many football cheerleaders seem to wear those these days. But either way it will look cute, and I guess tennis shoes are more comfortable.
