That line wasn't in the episode exactly-- it was that Sheldon was introducing Penny to a character in the ep, and he was like "This is Penny, a waitress..." and Rogue and I immediately both yelled "DO NOT KISS HER!" and it led to all sorts of amusing mental pictures for me.
