jaina1. What does your LJ nickname mean?
Jaina M. Solo. Han and Leia's daughter in the Star Wars Expanded Universe. The "M" is because "JainaSolo" was already taken on AOL when I first chose the name back in 1996. M was my last initial at the time, although it isn't any longer. Interesting factoid: I went through a flurry of name changes back when we first got online. My first Jaina name was JainaQSolo, using my actual middle initial. I then changed my screenname again, didn't like it, and wanted to go back to Jaina, but AOL still registered JainaQSolo as being taken. So JainaMSolo I became, and have stayed.
2. Elaborate on your icon photo?
My current default (it changes often) is a cropped screencap from an episode of Red vs Blue. If you haven't ever tried Red vs Blue, you should. The icon is the character Caboose's "Importent Lists of Stuf."
3. Did you lie about your age anywhere on the net?
Never overtly, but I did click on the "yes, I'm over 17" buttons before I actually was. *g*
4. How many LJ friends do you have?
108. I think.
5. What is your current status?
Kinda freaking out about the Musical and avoiding talking to my boss about the fact that I'm about to leave for two and a half weeks.
6. What are you wearing right now?
Blue striped shirt, jeans, white socks, ancient running shoes.
7. What is life to you?
When you find out, tell me, okay?
8. What is love to you?
Being happy with someone, and wanting to make them happy in return.
9. What kind of people do you hate most?
Fake people. As Cordy said, "Tact is just not saying true stuff. I'll pass." Also, those people who *always* have to one-up you on everything, or always have to turn the conversation around to themselves. Ugh.
10. What type of people do you like most?
People that I'm just *comfortable* being around, whom I can hug and laugh with and chat with about everything and nothing. I don't know quite how to describe it, but I know it when I meet them.
11. What makes you happy?
Chocolate cupcakes with rainbow-chip icing.
12. Are you musically-inclined?
Yes. More rhythmically inclined, actually. In skating or dance or color guard, I was always the one yelling out the beat. My skating teammates know that if we turn on the music to a random spot in our program, I'll know exactly where we are and what steps we're doing.
13. What would you do if you woke up one morning and found out that the person you love most didn't exist, or was killed?
I'd rather not think about that, thanks.
14. If you could go back in time and change ONE thing, what would you do?
NOT sell off all the costumes from the last time we did the Musical. OMG ten more Jawas waaaaaaah. *cries in her sparkling apple cider*
15. If you MUST be an animal for ONE day, what will you be?
Birdy. Birdy birdy. I'd like to try flying.
