Okay lovies,

The rumor on the Browncoat boards is that the next round of screenings will be June 23, at 25 theaters this time, with tickets possibly going on sale this Monday (May 30) or Wednesday (June 1). I should stress that right now there has been *no* official confirmation of this, but rumors in the past have indeed panned out.

To keep up on the very latest news, I really recommend that you join the Browncoat boards because as soon as something is announced, people will post it there. The most pertinent boards have been General Discussion, Movie Production Related, and Can't Stop The Signal. I also recommend checking cantstopthesignal.com regularly, but last time, the message boards were much more accurate in tracking which cities still had tickets left and where the ticket-buying links were when they went on sale.

So, in summary:

Check early! Check often! Get those tickets! Thwart the scalpers!

They better have one in Detroit. And on a day/time I can go. Which means it won't happen.

Can you let me know if there are any theaters in Wisconsin that get a showing of this, if it actually happens? Pretty please? 8)

Well, I'll post about it here if/when I know anything, but really you're better off checking for yourself. Tickets went really quick last time; if you were away from a computer for a couple hours you were out of luck. Better to get it straight from the source than rely on a second/third party.

Hey, I could do that! I get off work at 9. As long as it's in Southfield instead of Novi...

hey, your icon reminds me... I ended up the proud owner of five giant hoopskirts after 5 Women (they couldn't afford to buy the hoops so I bought them and rented them over) - so if you need one for your pretty pretty dress.... :)

OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS. How big? What's the bottom circumference? Biggest I've found online is 151" around, and I think that still might not be big enough.

Do you have pics?

(BTW congrats on your nomination!)

I have t oadmit that I thought of you when I got them, because you had just posted that you wanted to make that dress :)
