Oookay, so apparently I'm the only idiot who bothers to come into lab the first day the boss is on vacation.

If no one's here by noon, I'm leaving, going to the gym, and going home.

ETA: Tom Felton, or Eminem? You decide.

Oookay, so apparently I'm the only idiot who bothers to come into lab the first day the boss is on vacation.

If no one's here by noon, I'm leaving, going to the gym, and going home.

Number one: Tattoos are permanent.

Number two: I am a god-damned idiot.

Since I was the first one in lab today, I had to unlock the doors. And I left my keys sitting on the desk. I'd already accidentally left my cell phone at home. I discovered all of this when I came home all sweaty and yucky from the gym, just wanting to get into my own house-- and I had no keys and no cellphone to call anyone. I went to the complex manager's office-- she was out for the next 45 minutes.

Good thing I live next to a mall. I went and sat in their outside food court and read until 4:30. Then I went back to our apt complex and had the manager get me a lockout key, but only after she was finished meeting with prospective renters.

So. I didn't get home till 5 pm, even though I did virtually nothing at work today and left the gym at 3 pm. [Avenue Q]It sucks to be me![/Avenue Q]
