Hugs and good thoughts to all my Arcadia peeps out there. I wish we could come and see, but this weekend was just not feasible for travelling. That would have made three plane trips in three weekends.

HOWEVER! We are coming to visit Boston Sep 10-13. (Well okay, we're getting in veryvery late on the 9th.) So we'll get to see JCS and the LOTR exhibit at the Museum of Science. And hopefully, we'll get to see all of you wonderful MTG types, even the ones who aren't doing JCS.

*throws confetti* HURRAY!

We had a crazy person on the bus today. This isn't an uncommon occurrence, since the bus I take to UCSD stops at the nearby Veterans' Hospital, but it was an extra-special crazy person this morning, and as a bonus, he sat next to me. Thankfully, he was quiet for most of the trip, but as he got up to leave, he first turned to a vaguely Hispanic-looking guy sitting across from me and said, "Do you say your prayers? Mexican people have to pray extra hard!" Then he addressed the whole bus with, "Amy Jo Johnson, the Pink Power Ranger? She's a Satan worshipper. That's why her cousin died." As he exited, he added a final "I'm not crazy!"

Yeah.

I think the saddest part of it all was that I knew who Amy Jo Johnson was without having to be told she was the Pink Ranger. Kimberly was my GIRL!
