jainaAnd this would be me, completely putting off finishing my presentation for cell bio journal club tomorrow morning. Ugh. Hate cell cycle. Hate hate hate hate hate hate.
Rogue and I went to Arizona for the weekend to visit Baby Jacen. Oh, also his parents. ;-) Baby Jacen is very very very cute. Walking and babbling (sole word is thus far "dada," but rather impressive for a ten-month-old). Also teething (and drooling). But absolutely precious.
But I am very glad he does not belong to me, as am not quite ready to have life turned upside-down by infant yet. For one thing, we have far too many action figures that a baby could eat. *g*
Began brainstorming wedding stuffs. Thank you Alan and Rachel, for being cool and weird and demonstrating that *anyone* can perform the ceremony, if they pay a fee and get a temporary license. Evil thoughts are percolating. It's a damn shame that San Diego is such a popular wedding destination though. I'm sure we can find some beautiful less-well-known spot...will just be a little harder to locate. *sigh* O Internet, you fail me!
Should really go work on that presentation. Bets on whether I actually will or not?
