So, for Rogue's birthday (which was really Friday, but we celebrated tonight as Fridays are RPG nights for him) we went to see Constantine. I watched about half the movie normally, and the other half either with my eyes closed or with my hair over my eyes so as to get the general idea of what was going on but not see the actual ickiness. I did okay. Thought the movie was all right. Really adored some of the actors.

I will not, however, be seeing Sin City, despite *really* wanting to. Because I know I couldn't handle it. Maybe if I go with someone who's seen it before and can warn me when not to look. Maybe.

Oooh look, clocks about to bounce forward an hour...sleepytime now.

I'm with you on the gory movies. Just can't do them, even when they're sci-fi-like.

Maybe someone will share about Sin City. Given the way it's filmed, I'm almost thinking it won't be quite as nasty. But I could be wrong.

I'm with you on Sin City! I want to see it, but I don't think I'd be able to! I tried Kill Bill on DVD, but it was too violent for me!

The general buzz about Sin City on my friendslist is that it's very violent and very gory. So I'm not taking any chances. :)

I felt really left out for not having seen it, so I borrowed it from a friend. I don't think I even made it through a half hour. Oh well. :-) At least I'm not the only one!
