No injuries reported so far. I'm at work right now, not home, but omg. That is...not something you expect to happen. That neighborhood is right across the canyon from us, and right next to a high school. Bet those kids heard one hell of a bang.

ETA: Oh, crap. Two people are dead, two more are missing. All four are from the same house, which I think means they don't hold out much hope for the missing people.

Hope it doesn't hit any place with people inside and the pilots are okay. Dun want the same thing to happen like it did to some poor Singapore National Serviceman when they were training in Taiwan last year (the Taiwanese Pilots were okay on the other hand). @__@

Apparently my boss's kid has school over in that neck of the woods and actually heard and saw it go down. Very crazy. Also very strange that my father-in-law called not 10 minutes after I first learned about it. Small world. Glad my narrowing down of the crash site was correct and that both you and jawajames are good.

I've always had this (irrational?) fear of having a plane crash-land on me. When I went to get renter's insurance several years ago, they had little drawings of what the insurance covered, and one of the drawings was of a house with a plane crashed into it -- I told the insuror that it did NOTHING for my phobia!
