jainaI kept hearing about how good Napoleon Dynamite was, and people kept referencing it (like an entire team at Nationals with "Vote for Pedro" shirts, which is apparently a reference to the movie and not to the former Sox pitcher), so Rogue and I Netflixed it. We watched it last night.
And turned it off after 45 minutes because our brains were leaking out of our ears.
I'm clearly missing something by not finding it remotely funny. Maybe you have to watch to the end? Or watch it with a certain crowd, like Kung Pow? I dunno. I know I'm not alone-- there are plenty of reviews on Amazon to the tune of "This movie sucks!" But I still kind of feel like a loser for not liking it.
