Recommendation forms have been given out, Thankgiving's tomorrow, I'm headed to dinner in fifteen minutes, and we've had *two* new AtE chapters in as many days. *happy sigh* All's right with the world.

So I was really bored, and I tried to read that story you linked, and... I can't. It's just too weird. They're still kids in my mind; I just can't make the leap.
Oh well. Like I need another fandom. The one is bad enough...
:) Hey, I'm glad you tried it, even if you couldn't get into it. And yeah, you don't want to be in HP fandom. It is, on the whole, not a happy place to be.
Oh well. It seems kind of silly to me to be writing fanfic when you have a perfectly good author. Sure, Rowling's not pounding them out, but in the long run that's a good thing. Quality over quanity.
Sometimes I have the patience of a Jedi, I swear... Don't tell James. ;)
Anyway, it looks like an interesting enough story: usually I eat up the far future kind of things. Maybe I'll try it one day when the adorably adolescent screen selves aren't so fresh in my mind.
