You know what I wish? I wish there was a place on campus that sold cake, like they used to have back at Walker. (I swear I lived on their banana cake during Fall 2000.) I just want one piece of cake. And none of that nasty crap they sell at Vons where the icing is thicker than the actual cake.

ETA: Aw man! Apparently in addition to the pins, they gave out posters at the SDCC Narnia panel and I just missed it. :( This makes me a sad puppy because I totally would've kept that poster and put it up (as opposed to the buckets of other swag we accumulated). It's so pretty!

I'm always amused when the subject line of someone's LJ post leads me in a totally different direction than where the post is actually going.

Michelle reads "There's talk of cake"... eyes zone in on funny SG-themed icon, noting in particular a smiling Jack... and immediately thinks, so it's going to be verified at some point in season 9 that Sam and Jack really have had sex? ; )

They sure aren't having sex now, though. Or maybe they were, and now they aren't. Because if Jack were getting some, he'd be *way* more cheerful than he was in Friday's ep. *g*
