They cancelled my gymnastics class tonight! This means I get to go home right away after work and watch the Netflixed Dark Angel DVDs that arrived in the mail while I was at GenCon! And that I don't have to do the forward handspring drill when I'm still totally wiped from this weekend! Exclamation points are great!

You are not a freak! There was a recent story -- in the NYTimes?! The Washington Post?! something like that! -- about the little thrill you get when some social event that you're supposed to enjoy gets cancelled, and you realize that you can instead hibernate in fuzzy slippers!
