Nov. 2nd, 2003 04:17 pmBeen watching Skate America on and off this afternoon. Men are skating right now. What on *earth* is up with the men's costumes this year? Horrendous costume after horrendous costume-- I think even the sparkling monstrosities of the 80s might be preferable to these.
I'm so out of the loop, skating-wise-- I've never even heard of half these kids. All I know is Michael Weiss and his massive ego need to lose in a big way.
Oh bummer-- the commentators just mentioned that Timmy Goebel isn't there this year because he's having boot problems. I hope he gets them fixed. He's my favorite.
