DANGIT. I thought I was being all crafty because I already had a copy of Simplicity 4479 (that Phantom of the Opera-esque pattern from a couple years ago) that I thought would work really well as a base for Yvaine's bodice. I just pulled it out, and it's the 14-20 size. With my corset, I need a 10. GRRR. Now the question is, will it be less hassle to buy one on ebay and wait for it to arrive (it's out of print) or to try to grade my current pattern down?

Man, now I'm really cranky. >:(

I'd pull it out and see if you can do a quick muslin - if that fails, buy it again. You might be able to cut the 14 small and make it a 12 - and then just take it in where you need to.

Ugh - that is frustrating though!

BTW, I'm really psyched about seeing you at DragonCon! Yay!
