WHEE Emmy noms are out! A lot of the same stuff as always, but some new things that I am EEEE! about:

LOOKIT the choreography noms, you guys! FOUR SYTYCD nominations!!!

- Bleeding Love by NapTabs (MARKSIE!!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG)
- Mercy, Mia Michaels (I LOVED this one)
- Adam and Eve/Silence, Tyce Diorio (eh. was not in love with this one.)
- A Los Amigos, Dmitry Chaplin (go Dmitry! and another Chelsie dance!)

And HIMYM got a Comedy Series nod!!! (And NPH got one for Best Supporting but we were expecting that-- now it's time for him to WIN!)

And GO JIM PARSONS! BBT may've got mostly shut out otherwise, but EEEE! So happy for him.

Also, PHIIIIIIL! I could not believe Phil didn't get a hosting nom for TAR last year; that's been rectified now.

Things I am annoyed about:
- No major BSG noms once again. EJO AND MM ARE FROWNING STERNLY AT YOU, EMMY VOTERS.
- NO FNL NOMS WHAT THE HELL. WE LOVE YOU KYLE AND CONNIE.
- Where is Avatar? It still should've been eligible, right, since the last of S3 aired last summer?

BSG is science fiction. You know how folks are about that. Even though there are plenty of science fiction shows on TV, they aren't "serious" art. But Soap Operas are. Go figure.
