Definitely not the icon I set out to make (that'd be "HRH Sark," which I still haven't found a picture for), but it popped into my head and I had to make it.

HRH Sark popped into my head while I was visting [livejournal.com profile] schneck128 a couple weeks ago. I just haven't come across the right pic of him to use, yet.
