Grump.

Bah. Happy day has turned grumpy. Final tomorrow that I desperately do not want to study for, and thus have been procrastinating rather than doing non-studying-but-otherwise-productive stuff.

Also, upon checking my website statistics page (which I finally found), it appears that I have not truly been going over bandwidth, and the message is an error. (I *did* get up to bandwidth the day I posted the URL of the page to this journal, though.) This is theoretically a good thing, and I have emailed the brinkster people about it so hopefully it can get figured out. But it's a free account, so really, they don't give two hoots about me. Am looking into paid hosting options.

Anyone know a really good webhost that's very cheap but gives buttloads of bandwidth? Actual webspace is not nearly as important; my site's only 6 mb right now and will probably never get bigger than 50 mb. I have been searching and so far anhosts.com is looking pretty good as you get 50 gigs of bandwidth/month. But you have to sign up for 1 or 2 years to get the best deals and I'm hesitant to commit to such a long amount of time.

My left eye is starting to bother me again. God, I hope it's not another stye.

Hrrrm... [livejournal.com profile] gnomeofsol uses iPowerWeb to host her site. They give 40 GB of bandwidth a month and offer packages starting at 3 month durations. I'm not sure how the prices compare tho, and it sounds like it's way more space than you need...

I'd look at your ISP's hosting options. Mine gives me 10 MB for free. Don't know about the bandwidth, though.

check out UCSD, they might offer a good deal of space, unlimited bandwidth free for now. Also, you might be able to purchase space for a while after you are done there too. I know that here @ PSU i get 100MB of space, no bandwidth limit, and it stays active for a year after my graduation.... not a bad deal, and its FREE!! heh heh heh.....
