Wow, I was instantly sucked back in time, to a multipurpose room in my old elementary school where on a few afternoons a year, they'd pile all the kids in and show a movie.
We saw the Hobbit, most of us paid attention.
Then they showed LOTR. It is the ONLY movie that they ever ended early because no one was watching it. It was so dark and tons of other reasons why...
Yikes, I can now remember the cold tile flooring. The hum of the freezers. The scent of lunch cooking...
The funniest part of that movie, in my opinion, is watching Gandalf do Agent Smith and duck arrows in Moria. I'd been sorta chuckling the entire time but when we got to that I completely lost it and rolled around on the floor laughing for a solid minute at least.
