Wisdom teeth came out Friday morning. Friday was not so bad, was quite drugged up and still numb from Novocaine. Watched Spirited Away and 8 Mile.

Yesterday, tried to watch Monsoon Wedding. Couldn't get into it. Felt nauseated all day long, napped for most of the afternoon. Cheeks pretty swollen.

Today, cheeks have swelled to chipmunk proportions, can't close jaw without effort & pain. Off the prescription pain medication, so the nausea is wearing off. Don't think I can face another bowl of pudding or jello.

Desperately want to be better NOW NOW NOW. Want solid food again. This is not fair. >:(

Oh I did the whole wisdom teeth deal a week a half ago. I was so sick of pudding, applesauce and milk shakes by the end of the week! My jaw was sore a bit for probably about a week after although I ended up going off medication completely about three days after. Although I didn't do any prescription pain medication, just went the good old Advil route.

Hope they deswell and you get solid food soon. I totally feel your pain!
