I just saw last week's Amazing Race and I seriously want to cry. Oh my God, poor Lena and Kristy, eight hours in that awful hay field, and to get eliminated because of pure back luck...I can't even imagine it. I want to find them both and hug them.

We're currently watching Boston Legal to try and cheer ourselves up. Not working so far.

In other news, we skated in our rink's Christmas show tonight and it did not suck! Two falls, which is way out of character for us, but neither interrupted the flow of the program. I think we're on track for Pacific Coast!

I know! I felt so bad for them too! What a horrible way to lose! That was awful. And I really really *hate* that annoying guy Jonathan. He's making everyone cry!

Really, I couldn't imagine 8 hours of that. I mean, I suppose I could, if it were Jonathan doing it, that would just be fun, but not an actual nice team!

That show is just way too emotional sometimes :)

It would have been far more satisfying if they'd gotten eliminated for reading the map wrong or something. But for pure bad luck. Ugh. :-)

Ditto on the Amazing Race. I posted an entry on it, talking about the odds, the hay bales, and so forth. Loved the Ikea task and the lack of annoying Jonathan. I cannot wait until he's gone, because I nearly gave up on AR due to the girls' elminination and his continuing presence.

I don't know why the producers didn't come over and stop them. They let them go for a few more hours for no reason.

The bickering on that show is getting out of control!
