friday evening productivity

Okay, so I spent most of the evening on the computer, but I managed to do a bunch of costume research for the LGBs' Avatar costumes (is Toph seriously wearing a jumpsuit? whatever, I'm making a shirt and pants) and I found and ordered what will hopefully be the fabric for my SDCC masq costume. Now I actually have to start mocking stuff up. Aaaaany minute now.

Oh, and I caught up on SYTYCD. Twiiiiiitch! Honestly, I think he benefited *so* much from not making it last season-- now everyone already knows him, and they were all rooting for him to make it onto the show. I hope Natalie tries out again next year, because I bet the same thing will happen to her.

She's not all that small. She's ten. If it doesn't have long pants, she probably won't outgrow it anytime soon. My kids grow lengthwise pretty fast, but if it doesn't have to reach their ankles, then they can stay in stuff a while.

They're so psyched, jainamsolo! You are so awesome to do this for me. Let me know how much it's gonna cost when you figure out the material and stuff.
