The problem with rarely drinking caffeine anymore is that when I do drink it, it keeps me awake. I am so smart, s-m-r-t.

I want to make FireNation!Disguise!Suki for D*C now. Even though I'm a decade too old, and I have almost no time between then and now (and I still have to finish Yvaine!). I *WANNA.*

Rogue's coat for SDCC Masq is almost done. All it needs is trim. I'd forgotten a) how much I love tailoring, and b) how much I hate to rush tailoring. It turned out pretty nice, though. Pictures coming this week, possibly before Masq but more likely after.

Okay, let's try this sleeping thing again.

Oh cool! :D Everyone competes against everyone else in the SDCC format, but there are lots of awards for different aspects, so it's all good. I totes understand about the secrecy thing. How does she know you-- RL, LJ? Would she know who I was talking about if I just said "Hi, you know my friend Beth"?

I know her from college, met her through her boyfriend who was a PhD at cornell. They're now married and I've been friends with both of them since Sophomore year. She would totally know who the hell I was if you said "Are you the Sionna the knows a Beth? with references to Cornell, vetgirlbeth etc. to make sure it's not one of those weird life moments where it's some other Sionna that knows some other Beth...

You and she have similar costuming lives. Work in big groups with set people, compete and masquerade and win alot etc. If you're bored in the green room she'd be a fun person to chat with. I can tell you this. her costume is drop dead gorgeous gown of black an white. how's that? :)

*sobs* I could not find her! I know people who know her, and I asked everyone wearing a black and white dress (and thus made some new friends!) but none of them were her. Sadness!
