more wedding plans

I think I may actually be making headway with wedding plans (a good thing to do, with five months to go). I'm in the process of making appointments with three different photographers who are willing to do only two or three hours of shooting (thus saving us $$$), I have emails out to several florists, and I'm researching cake people. Also got a contract from the Hotel La Jolla for our room block there; need to fill that out and send it back. And I'm about to order samples of the invitation we think we want.

Only eight hundred *other* things to deal with, after these!

(Also-- if you've ever wondered how to get Sharpie off of something? Ethanol. The things you learn in a lab...)

Or you can just go with the real master remover: acetone :)

Yeah, but there aren't squeeze bottles of acetone running around my lab. :)

Actually, I hope there aren't squeeze bottles of anything *running* around my lab. Eeek.

hmm... I think thats a sign to switch labs to one where the PI is more daring and adventurous with his chemicals ;)
